With 30 years of experience in people and culture, M&A, and process engineering, her career has spanned large listed multinationals and the private sector, while living and working across Europe, USA, Asia, and Australia.

James has built a successful career as one of the leading executive culture advisors, focusing on growing people, culture, and organisations. His sharply balanced empathy, commercial focus, and drive for sustainable outcomes stem from a diverse set of executive experience in Financial Services across senior HR, Global Markets, Strategy, and Digital roles. As part of the Wickvale team, James has collaborated on Culture, Organisational Development, and Optimisation with Boards and Executives in sectors such as Financial Services, Investment Banking, Private Equity, Educational Institutions, and Government.

His work has received global recognition from the Society of HRM (USA) and the Australian HR Institute (AHRI) for organisational development that leverages innovative culture measurement and people strategies. With a well-rounded portfolio in corporate and consulting roles, James also contributes to leadership development as a NED of the Australian Online Giving Foundation and serves as the Vice President of Membership on the AHRI NSW State Council.
