CEO & Co-Founder
Rhonda is renowned for her great depth of thinking on leadership and culture that includes and enables best contributions from all. Her strong commitment to process design simplicity and excellent execution that sticks, aims at designing people and culture processes and practices that are easy to use and measurably effective. With over 30 years’ experience in People & Culture, process engineering, and M&A, Rhonda’s career has spanned four large multi-nationals – CBA, BHP, Luxottica, and Sara Lee, living and working in Europe, Asia, and the USA. Rhonda is an AHRI HR Leader of the Year, Telstra Businesswomen of the Year, past AHRI Board Director, and Human Capital Hall of Fame inductee.
Rhonda holds a Bachelor of Organisational Psychology and Industrial Relations, a Post Graduate Degree in Organisational Psychology, a Diploma of Strategic HR (LBS), and APICS Accreditation in Process Design. She guest lectures at the University of Sydney Business School, and is a member of the
University of Sydney’s School of Psychology Advisory Board.
Co-Founder & MD
James has strong expertise in organisational design and development, training and facilitation, talent management, diversity and inclusion, customer/employee centred design and ways of working (e.g., agile and scrum) gained from diverse HR, Strategy, Digital and Business Management roles.
In Australia he was recognised on HRD’s 2024 Hotlist, and his US work saw him win the 2021 ‘HR Consultant of the Year’ in the Philadelphia Society of HRM awards. Since returning to Australia, he’s become heavily involved in the Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI) – joining as a NSW State Councillor and receiving Fellow Certification. He has also recently graduated from the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD).
James holds a Bachelor of Business and a Bachelor of Psychology from Macquarie University, a Certificate IV in HR and is a Design Thinker and Certified Scrum Product Owner.
He loves working with a broad range of
people across industries, roles, levels, and perspectives to understand and move forward the most complex of challenges.

organisation lies in the people who devote their time to its success. With over 20 years of diverse experience across, agriculture,
consulting, operations, and management, Tash brings broad expertise and wisdom from
working across industries and challenges. Coupled with more than a decade in consulting, she has worked across every stage of the talent cycle and is recognised as both a coach and talent expert. Currently completing a Master’s in Coaching Psychology, Tash applies an evidence-based approach to executive and career coaching, partnering with leaders and individuals to build thriving cultures.
